Report errors gobbledygook

Tried to report an error on the last update, but when I select "report error" from the help menu, I get a bunch of HTML gobbledygook. I tried to hit "enter" to get past that to report my complaint, but it immediately sent the canned text on as my report!?!?!

I'm trying my darnedest to be an expert in biomolecular science. Please don't make me go study HTML, too.

    You seem to be misunderstanding this. You're not meant to understand the error report or enter anything there — it's just showing you what it's going to submit, for privacy reasons. If you want to report something, you need to post the Report ID it gives you and a description of the problem here, as the dialog itself explains (and as explained on Reporting Problems).
