error while opening zotero

since yesterday, i'm unable to open my zotero, it states "the zotero database cannot be opened. Make sure you have read and write permissions for all files in the Zotero data directoy and that the security software isn't preventing Zotero fom accessing the directory. " Then in I

    That message means what it says — the file permissions on the Zotero data directory are likely set incorrectly. That most commonly happens if you copy files from another computer.

    You'll need to fix that, but how you do that depends on your OS and isn't something we can help with. Zotero just needs to be able to read and write to its own files.
