Update the citation format for American Phytopathological Society

In in-line citations, when you suppress author, there is a space between opening parenthesis and year. This can be fixed by removing group tag (with prefix=" ") from line 83 to 94.

As appropriate delimiters have been used later, this does not have any unexpected consequences in citation and references.
