Upgrade StorageZotfile iPad bug (or novice :) )

Two issues: First, enabling "Use ZotFile to send..." does not make the "send to tablet" menu item to appear until Zotero is closed and re-opened. This should, at least, appear on the dialog.
Second, exporting does not create a folder. IMHO it's because the Zotero collection is called "David's Course", so maybe its a "chars in folder name" issue...
