Error Report ID: 1841579260

I think this error took place when I tried storing a large file. I didn't know the size of the file. I have since then, deleted the file and deleted it from the Trash. However, the red exclamation point is still showing up as error.

Is there any way to fix this?

  • Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that produces the error?
  • Thank you for the reply. I just checked my Zotero and it seems to have fixed itself. I deleted each item in the Trash folder, not just the big file in the trash. And this has fixed it.
