Error loding items list" message

i exported my libray from Zotero 3.0.14

i have updated the zotero to 5.0.94

however if i import or sync my database it continuously give a blank page with "Error loding items list" message

tried restarting computer, reinstalling zotero, its not helping

    Check your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences. If that passes, this is likely something on your system — e.g., security software — interfering with Zotero's ability to write to its database.
