Cite first time source fully in footnotes - Citation code editing

Hello,

I am citing with footnotes like this "See AuthorX/AuthorY (Year), page X."

However I need to change it so that the first time I mention a source, it will also include the Title, Journal Paper, volume, page.
"See AuthorX/AuthorY (Year): title, Journalpaper, volume X, page X."

1. So how can I edit that to the code of my citation style?
2. When I have 5 Authors, how can I change it that it only shows author1 et al. ?
Any help, video guides are appreciated.

(Keep in mind that I use footnotes/german citation, so existing styles are rare)

This is the code I am using:

    1) Take a look at the citation section of the Chicago (full note) style for an example of how to do first vs subsequent formatting.

    2) Add these arguments to the citation line:
    et-al-min="5" et-al-use-first="1"
