yes, the same problem is also on the other computer which is at home.

i didn't know exactly, at previous it was working, i mean i can edit, but a few days ago i realized the problem.

Do you have Track Changes enabled? Does it work with a different citing style that does not use footnotes?

No but even ı enabled it, it doesnt work, still the same problem.

it doesnt work with a different citing style. ESET antivurus program, i havent tried updating office.

There's one more recent version of Word 2010, so you should try that.

Beyond that, you should try with ESET temporarily disabled.
