Group library full even though ive dleted and made room

Earlier this week I got a message saying my group folder was full.

I then deleted my local library and keep getting this message even though on zotero.org it says I have 300MB

my debug ID: is D286255031

please can anyone help

    The error message explains the situation:
    The group owner can increase the group's storage capacity from the storage settings section on zotero.org.
    You're not the owner. There was no need for you to delete your library, since your quota is irrelevant here.
