I need help with citation on zotero

I can add documents to my library but cannot get the citations . Please I need help with the citation. I always get error messages. I have tried to fix it but it is not working . I had tried several times to cite with Zotero, I can build library but I'm not able to insert citation. I can see Zotero on my word tools (I have the last version of Office) and I reinstalled Zotero several times.
Could u help me please?

    Have you done this?

    If that shows up and is enabled, can you generate debug output for startup with Help -> Debug Output Logging -> "Restart with Logging Enabled…", submit it, and provide the Debug ID?
