Upgrade StorageDOI not downloaded from IoP
Hi devs,
doi identifier is not being downloaded from pages of Institute of Physics. Tried and failed here: http://www.iop.org/EJ/abstract/0022-3735/19/10/016/
I'm not able to check whether it is their or Zotero fault.
