Can I change the fields of the items?

Hi everyone,

I think that I need to add new fields to some items. When I cite Journal Articles I also need to cite the publisher and the place.

I'm new with Zotero and I don't know if I'm using it well...

    You can add additional fields to Extra like this:
    Publisher: Sage

    Any valid CSL field entered like that will get picked up for citations. See https://Zotero.org/support/kb/item_types_and_fields

    Well... I'm sorry, but I can't understand anything.

    Where is "Extra"? Can I do anything of this whithout knowing anything of CSL?

    I'm a student of History and Philosophy, not Informatics.

    The Extra field is at the bottom of the item pane in Zotero.

    If you put “Publisher: Sage” in the Extra field, that will get picked up by citations.

    What language are you working with in Zotero?
