Still confused...

I see "web library" but I have no idea how to "sync" to retrieve my information. Also, I can see that the Geek Squad put my Zotero info back into my "C" drive, but I cannot open it. Can anyone help me? I am most grateful for any assistance with this matter.

Can you send me a link with my files? I thought I was paying for storage with Zotero. Now I am not sure what the purpose of this account is...Is there any type of customer service that I can contact?
