Unable to Add/Edit Citation from word

I can't use any of the tools under the Zotero tab in word

    Did you install Zotero, or was this installed by an IT department?

    Zotero is installed in a very unusual location, within AppData in your home folder, and based on the error this might even be a server-mirrored home directory. Zotero should be installed with all other programs in the default "C:\Program Files (x86)" folder.

    If possible, you should uninstall Zotero and reinstall it in the default location. We can't really help with problems with Zotero in the current location, and if your IT department did this you should ask them about it.
