"Access denied" when trying to invite members

Hello,

I have created a private group and entered the email addresses of the people I want to invite (separated by a comma), but when I click the button "Invite members", I have this message :

Error
Access denied
You do not have access to this area.

However, I managed to invite my personnal other account on this group.

Could you please tell me what seems to be the problem?

It looks like you have two accounts set up, and the one you're posting from does not have permission to manage the group. Make sure you're logged in to the correct account to manage it (the behaviour you describe would happen if you left that page open but then logged into a different account on another tab).

If you just need to associate different email addresses with your account, you can add multiple email addresses to a single Zotero account from your account settings (https://www.zotero.org/settings/account) and delete the extra account.
