how to recover data(not file) in zotero cloud library

Since I am not familiar with zotero's synchronization function, I have deleted all the data and files in the cloud, emptied the garbage can, and now the data of the local computer is gone. How can I recover?For help

This isn't really about Zotero's sync functions — for anything that syncs, if you delete one side, it's going to delete the other. That's just syncing working properly.

If you just did this, you may be able to restore your data from one of the last automatic backups.

But that won't restore attached files. To restore everything, you would need to restore from a complete backup of your Zotero data directory.
