Zotero Desktop Graphical Issue(s)

in the feed settings, after you click advanced options, there appear 3 text inputs each with 2 arrows. the issue is that those arrows are scaled at such nano dimensions that I can't even click on them.
OS: Windows 10 pro build 19041
Display: 4k (3840*2160) with all drivers updated
