Zotero MODS export and the archive location of manuscripts

Greetings,

The holding institution for manuscripts in archives is not currently being exported via MODS. I would expect this to be exported as part of the MODS location. Is this a misguided expectation, or an oversight in the MODS export implementation within Zotero?

I can provide a gist of some Zotero records and a MODS output if that would be helpful.
