I have already resolved a previous problem I have had few weeks ago. Thank you. My new question is: I have 2623 references in my library, is there a checker that tells me which one of them lack the pdf file, without having to click over them randomly?

The Attachment column in the middle pane (with the paper clip icon, on the right by default) indicates which items have attachments.
