Creating a collection based on availability at a particular library?
I plan to visit a particular (physical) library, and I have a long list of items in a zotero library that I want to look at some day, but I don't know if any of them are held by the library I'll be visiting. These would all be older books, so they would presumably be in the target library's regular online catalog. Is there a way to automatically loop through my collection, check (maybe using the library lookup feature?) to see which items are held by the library I will be visiting, and then show me that set of results, either by creating a new collection, or adding a tag to the items, or anything like that? Doing this manually isn't a viable option due the number of items in my collection.
It might be possible to write a script to automate that, but that would depend on exactly how availability information is structured in your library’s catalog—it would have to be written custom. That’s not something that’s already existing in Zotero.
