Abbreviation of authors with dashes

Hi,

I'm generating a CSL file and I'm thinking of tweaking something regarding the names (still verifying what is really needed though).

For a journal article like: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/gcb.12043

With one of the authors being: "Alexandra-Maria Klein"
Using "harvard-anglia-ruskin-university"

Generates: "Klein, A.-M.".

Is supported by CSL to generate "Klein, A."? How? (just the keyword to search in the documentation will do). I haven't seen it in the documentation but I haven't done any CSL for a very long time :-)

You can set it to either include or exclude the hyphen with this option: https://docs.citationstyles.org/en/stable/specification.html#hyphenation-of-initialized-names

But you can’t tell it to omit the second name.

Dropping the second name would be similar to dropping a middle initial, which some styles ask for but which is bad practice (e.g., it loses information and is disrespectful to the author’s own name preferences) and is technically messy, so CSL doesn’t support that.
