I've been using Zotero for a few weeks now and it has been a life-saver. I often use the suffix part to add more information, such as "(explaining so-and-so)." There wasn't a terminal period before the parenthesis and it was working well. The terminal period would appear after the suffix. Lately however, a terminal period started appearing before the suffix, where before there wasn't any. How do I get rid of the terminal period and still have the convenience of automatic updates? Am I supposed to use the Bluebook style2 and type in a period in the suffix all the time? Would this limit the convenience of changing the citation style when needed?
