Sync is not working

When i try to export something, multiple search or even a single article from Medline database, I get a message that says "en feil oppstod mens dette dokumentet ble forsøkt lagret" (In Norwegian).. The same thing happens to my co-writer on her computer in her home. I have refreshed google, restartet my mac, downlowded the connecter again.
Any Ideas?

    Given that it is happening on two computers, it’s probably an issue with this specific site. What’s the URL?
