Cannot drag and drop articles/folders to group library

See title. My debug ID is: D708206667. Every article that I try to drag and drop from my personal to the group library cannot be seen in the group library. I am using the Zotero program on my computer - not the web version.

    Start by checking your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences. Does it pass?

    Yes! It says: "No errors were found in the database".

    To be clear, you're trying to drag a collection, not an item, right? Does the collection already exist in the target group? If you just create a new collection with an item in it in your personal library and try to drag it, does it fail?

    Does this still happen after restarting Zotero?
