Accessed Date on web articles not consistent

I am using Chicago Style 17 (full note, short title subsequent) and am seeing inconsistency in citations of web pages; some of them have the accessed date showing in the note and bibliography and some do not. Comparing the items in my database, I don't see a difference.

As per the Chicago manual, they'd show an accessed date when no date is present.

Thanks! Got it, now I see the difference. Wasn't seeing the difference between the items in my database.
If the web article has a date, then no accessed date shows.
If the web article has no date, then the accessed date shows.

Appreciate the help. Will have to wait and see what the school will want for the dissertation. If they want accessed dates on all, will have to dig into style editor to see how to change.
