Failed to extract Menendeley annotations with Menextract2pdf

Dear Zotero community,

The switch from Mendeley to Zotero has been wonderful so far. Combining Zotero, zotfile, foxit and Onedrive have made my life so much easier.

To benefit from all my old 'Mendeley-annotations', I tried to extract them with Menextract2pdf. Below, you can find the process and resulting error.

In CMD:

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Probably better to report on the projects github, but the last comment here looks like the solution to me (but haven't tested): https://github.com/cycomanic/Menextract2pdf/issues/16#issuecomment-552678485

Thank you for the prompt reply, this is much appreciated.

It allowed for some progress and for an appropriate place to request support for an error I have not (yet) been able to solve.
