Migrating Zotero between Windows and OSX breaks paths of attached files.

I am trying to move my Zotero from Windows to OSX, while references transfer fine, the paths to the attached file are now broken. I have too many entries to be able/willing to edit the location individually but the attachments are all stored within subdirectories of the My Documents folder. Is there a way to bulk rename the relative file paths from c:\My Documents\* to ~/Documents/*
