Error 1527566911 (Plug-in won't install)

I have spent an hour today looking at videos and googling directions on how to get zotero to show up in MS word. I've done everything it shows but when I go into Zotero preferences and go to CITE and choose the word processor, it says there's an error and to make sure MS Word is closed which it always is.

    You appear to have set your Word Startup folder incorrectly to within the Zotero program directory. That's incorrect — and I'd be curious what instructions you followed that caused you to do that. You need to reset that to the default location, as explained in the manual installation instructions. Once you fix that, you can reinstall the plugin via the Cite → Word Processors pane of the Zotero preferences.
