why haven't my folders and subfolders downloaded?

I have just installed Zotero on a new computer and have downloaded all my library. However they are no longer organised into folders and subfolders, but appear in a big heap. How can I restore the folders and subfolders?

    It's possible you just have your library collapsed and need to expand it. (That's the case if you don't see Trash below it.)
