Looking for a Citation Style
Hi,
I'm writing a short research paper that required the use of multiple sources. Using traditional Chicago (full note/note) footnotes or endnotes would make the paper far too long and unwieldy. I'm looking a citation style in Zotero that sticks (at least somewhat) to the Chicago format but instead uses the numbered system ([1] as the in-text superscript citation refering to 1. BIBLIOGRAPHIC CITATION instead of the usual abbreviated 1. NAME, TITLE, ETC.). I don't have any explicit citations instructions or needs beyond the numbered style for this project, so if need be I can just use Vancouver or Elsevier, but would rather stick to Chicago as much as possible. (Ideally it would be basically a normal Chicago bibliography but numbered, which I could also manually do but would rather not). Thank you so much in advance!

He said yes. 1 (as a superscript, in brackets, whatever) They said no. 2

Does this help clarify? Basically the usual Chicago bibliography but in the numbered (numeric) format.
