Save with Snapshot not working on specific page

Hello,

I'm not able to Save to Zotero (with or without a snapshot) this URL:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1126211

I can on other URLs just fine, including this forum post. Any idea why or how a specific page would suppress Zotero??

    This works for me, saves as a webpage including a snapshot. Do you have the most recent version? I'll also be annoying and ask: have you tried turning it off and on again? :-)

    Yes, Mozilla blocks Firefox extensions from running on its own pages for security reasons. It will work in Chrome, but not Firefox.

    This is controlled by the extensions.webextensions.restrictedDomains hidden pref in Firefox, but I wouldn't particularly recommend changing that.
