Release of Translator for journalarchive.jst.go.jp

I make a new translator for journalarchive.jst.go.jp. This site gives search results of journalarchive and J-stage, The translator will omit the results from J-stage. If you want collect the J-stage results, just go to its website----there is Zotero translator for J-stage already.
