using Web Connector with Ovid

Hi,

I saw that someone mentioned this some time ago. If you use the Web Connector from an Ovid database (e.g., MEDLINE) you get a screenshot of the web page rather than individual references. Is there a plan to try to fix this problem?

Could you post a URL each for search results and individual items you're trying to save here, exactly as you see it? I don't have access to paid Ovid (we get MEDLINE through a different provider), but I think this might be a simple fix.

When I looked at the individual records for each of the above, Zotero's web connector worked -- it is just when I'm looking at a whole page of records that it isn't detecting the individual articles.

Thanks so much, Adam. The first two times I tried it in MEDLINE, it didn't work. The first time it said there was a translator error, and the second time it said it was saving but nothing showed up in my Zotero app. But after that, I tried it in MEDLINE, Embase, and PsycInfo (all of which we subscribe to on the Ovid platform) and it worked on all of them. This is great!
