files don't sync to Zotero online

I cannot seem to get the pdf attachments synced with my online library.

    It looks like you resolved this by adding a storage subscription, but the problem was exactly what the message said:
    You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.

    See your zotero.org account settings for additional storage options.
