Add DOI as a variable for Book items

With ebooks being increasingly used nowadays, please add DOI as a variable for Book items just as it is currently included for Journal Article items. this will allow DOI to be displayed just as URL can be displayed for books.

You can add it as DOI: 10.12345/12356 in Extra, citation styles will pick it up and it will migrate once books in Zotero have a proper DOI field.
