Upgrade Storage971373753 - Problems Syncing

I reported this problem earlier, but I have tried syncing multiple times, but it does not work. When I first installed it on my two computers (home - Mac; work - Windows), everything worked alright. However, it has not worked recently. I even tried both the Full Sync with Zotero Server and Restore from Zotero Server. That seemed to fix the problem initially, but does not work anymore. Anyone have any ideas?
