Zotero Desktop syncing, Zotero Web missing some items
I have an issue with a large Zotero library where some collections in the Web Library (and API) do not reflect the sync that is happening between the desktop clients.

The Collection I'm looking at is RHT2NAY4 Scan 360 RTO Items Selected from Daily Scan
I have
1) Forced a sync
2) Restarted and forced a sync
3) checked for latest updates among all users of this shared library
4) had all users of the shared library restart Zotero and force a sync.

In my desktop view, the most recent item added (date Added) is from The Conversation titled "Women risk losing decades of workplace progress due to COVID-19 – here's how companies can prevent that" dated 2020-10-05

The API reflects the web view, not the desktop view.
Now... I just refreshed all of my tabs and switched to the beta web view. The beta web now reflects the full 71 item collection. but the API and the *old* web view is not, it's missing the most recent items (and other, older items) in the way I described above.
I noticed this on 2020-10-02, and I've been troubleshooting since then before posting here.
Is there a longer rendering time (48 hrs +) for items to be pushed to the web view and the API that I should be acounting for?
Is it also possible that our collaboration in this library (4 person team) is creating some conflicts that need to be resolved before they show up in the web view?
