How to track back your item in folders?

When I search for and identify an article through search function, I want to find out which folder I have saved the article. Can you help?

I've seen this instruction in two discussions. But no collection is highlighted when I hold down the option key on my make.

Try with any 3rd party add-ons disabled. At least one (Night for Zotero) is known to break this functionality.
