How to cite an article from a whole journal?

I don't know why, but when I asked for an article, they sent me the whole journal. So Zotero recognized the entirety, but I just want to cite one specific article on Word. Is there a way to do it?

    Find the DOI of the article and add it to Zotero using the magic wand/add by identifier, find the article on the web and add it using the browser connector, or just add the information manually if the first two options fail.
