Epub and mobi metadata

Hi,
Zotero isn't reaching metada for mobi, epub and azw files. Is there a workaround to avoid manually indeing them?

Find their ISBN and add by that, but nothing just based on the file.

easy to say, but when you have hundreds of them it becames too difficult

Do you already have these files in a program like Calibre? What’s your current organization scheme with them?

I do have Calibre installed, but i do not use it. all my mobi/epub files are on HD sorted by directories.
