Synchronization of my library don't succeed.
The message is "Operation timed out".

Many thanks for your help.

Start by upgrading to the latest version of Zotero. The version you're using is from January.

After that, this is most likely to happen if you've dragged images into your notes. That's not currently supported, and while it should result in a clearer error message, that doesn't always happen. Search for <img in All Fields & Tags mode in the Zotero search bar to find any notes with embedded images. You should also empty your trash.
  • Thank you Dan !
The first step is to upgrade Zotero. I need to ask an administrator because I cannot install or update softwares on my PC.
I come back as soon as possible for a report.
  • You can certainly check for embedded images in the meantime. It's always good to upgrade if you're experiencing a problem, but the version shouldn't really affect this.
  • Many thanks Dan, it works !
I had <img in Abstracts imported from Science journal. After suppression, the synchronization is OK.
    You are a magician !!!

Those were imported, not something you added yourself?

Can you provide an example URL where this happened?
  • It comes from some "structured abstracts" imported from Science.
    Here is an example: https://science.sciencemag.org/content/368/6497/eaaz7005
