Import failure- .RIS file

Hi there,
New Zotero user working on a new meta-analysis. We have a large number of search results (6400 from one search, 10k in another) and are finding upon import using a .RIS file, only 1/3 of files successfully upload OR the following error message is displayed: An error occurred while trying to import the selected file. Please ensure the file is valid and try again.
These errors persist across time and with different upload attempts. I'm downloading .RIS results from Academic Search Ultimate on Chrome.
Any recommendations?

We'd want to see a Report ID to start.

If you can share a RIS file for which this happens — or a version that you cut down in a text editor (e.g., Notepad or TextEdit) — you can send it to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread. That'd be the best way to help us fix this.
only 1/3 of files successfully upload
If you mean that only 1/3 of the items appear in Zotero, that's almost certainly a problem with the exporting application not including them in the RIS file, not a problem in Zotero. You can open the RIS file in a text editor and search for items to see if they're actually there.
