I am a group admin, but i can't receive the notification when people request the membership.

I already checked every items of my setting, and they are set well. But I still can't receive any information:(

    Do you just not get the emails or do you also not see them in the "Inbox" at the top of this page?

    No, I checked everywhere. I didn't get any reminder emails, but I already turned the function "someone invites me to a group" and "someone applies to a group I own" on!

    The account you're posting from doesn't belong to any groups. Can you share the username you're referring to, either here or in an email to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
