HTTP 403 error for a GET request

Dear sir,
When I use zotero, previously, it works well. But recently, there is an error as follows:
Your WebDAV server returned an HTTP 403 error for a GET request.
I also verify the server, it shows "File sync is successfully set up."

The Report ID is: 1889150387

Any solution for this?

Your WebDAV server returned an HTTP 403 error for a GET request.

If you receive this message repeatedly, check your WebDAV server settings or contact your WebDAV server administrator.

That's a HTTP 403 Forbidden error from your WebDAV provider. You'd have to ask them why you're getting that.
