My Publications Licensing Choice Workflow
When adding work to My Publications in the library, on the 'sharing' screen the three rights options 1) only publish on zotero ('All rights reserved'); 2)Publish under a Creative Commons license(CC BY / NC / ND); 3) Publish under a CC Public Domain licence (CC0) .
Given the increasing number of licensing schemes available this choice architecture is very restrictive. There are good reasons why a user may want to use another license for their publications that is not included here.
Perhaps the best way forward would be to allow the user to enter their own title for the license (e.g. 'Open Content License, Version 1.0' and url e.g. https://opencontent.org/openpub/)
