how to move item from one library to another?

Moving one item to another library always results in a copy. Is it possible to move, instead?

If you actually mean "library" as in group, the answer is no.
If you mean collections, then yes, hold down Cmd (Mac) or Shift (Windows/Linux) while dragging, see
