Is there any way to import items from a list of URLs (Instapaper)?

I want to export my Instapaper links to Zotero. Instapaper exports a list of URLs in a csv or html file. I have been reading the forum but I have not figure out how to do this directly or though and intermediary app. Any ideas?

Don’t be embarrassed at all. It’s often much easier to start a new thread than to try to sift through the long forum archives. That’s totally fine. We just like to link to previous threads if one exists to save time when answering.
