Can't find metadata for valid DOI

    10.1016/j.molp.2020.09.013, this should be a valid doi, but zotero cannot read it. weird here, too.

    @eastasiax: Same answer as at the top of the thread you posted to. (The rest of the thread was unrelated, so I've split this off.) There's a difference between a "valid DOI" and a DOI for which the registration agency has provided metadata, and in this case they haven't, so Zotero isn't able to retrieve it.

    (This is still odd, though. It shouldn't be possible to have a resolving DOI from a real publisher registering with CrossRef without existing metadata at CrossRef, but this is indeed the case here: https://search.crossref.org/?q=10.1016/j.molp.2020.09.013 )

    The DOI redirects directly to a pre-proof PDF that was only accepted on September 15. I'm guessing that's the reason here and that this will work later.
