OpenOffice (3.1.x) plugin 2.0a2 fails to install under Windows

I am not able to install or even unsinstall the Zotero plugin.

I also uninstalled OO v3.1 and deleted manually all traces in program folder and personal folders. After re-installation of OO v3.1.1 a installation of Zotero plugin was again able but it does not work. it appears in the list of the extension-manager and that is all...

Any idea how to solve this issue?

    and it does work....

    installed Zotero plugin "for current user only" instead for "all users" and it started to work!
