Bibliography disappeared

HELP! Thesis to hand in next week.

Entire bibliography (300 citations) disappeared when I reopened the Word document (Office for Mac). I was working on the document yesterday and adding citations was extremely low.

File saved in Dropbox and now copied in Mac documents, but still the bibliography didn't appear.
All articles present in the Zotero (5.0.90) library. Mac version 10.15.6. Word version 16.41
